We send a simple purchase agreement with the price and closing date. We may buy it ourselves or assign the contract to another investor, who closes on the same price and terms. Take as much time as you need to review it, and have an attorney or agent look at it if you like.
After you sign, we have a short period to inspect the property, usually 14 days. Closing happens at a licensed title or settlement company. You get your proceeds there, not from us directly.
